Our Refund Policy

Mvious Clothing Company stands behind the quality and service of our products. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return for a refund, store credit, or an exchange. Items such as gift cards, gift receipts, and clearance items are not eligible for return / refund. 

To be eligible for a refund, you must ship your product back to us or return in person within 14 days of receipt. To be eligible for an exchange or store credit, you must ship the product back to us or return it in person within 30 days of receipt. Items include all unworn, unwashed or defective items, original shipping charges will not be refunded. Items that are not in its original condition, is damaged, or has missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase, please do not send your purchased items to the manufacturer. 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify your that we have received your returned item/items in addition to the approval or rejection of your refund. 

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or Missing Payments

If you have received a refund, please check with your bank to verify the information we received matched the original method of purchase then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size, send us an email at mjuvenal@mviousclothingco.com.

Gifts

​

Items that were marked and shipped to you as gifts at the time of purchase will be eligible to receive a gift card for the value of your return. Once the item is returned and inspected, a gift card will be mailed to you. If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased or if the item was shipped to gift givers home, a refund will sent to the gift giver after inspection of the item or items.

Shipping

To return your product, mail all items to 4804 NW Bethany Blvd, Suite I-2, 200, Portland, Oregon, 97229. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returned items. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. Please note that depending on where you live, you may experience a delay for your exchanged product to be delivered or returned.
